Plays Part in Green Building Project
Boston based architect Jeremiah
Eck of Eck|MacNeely architects, designed a multi-million dollar
renovation which included an addition to accommodate five condo
units on the property. The condos were recently completed and blend
the traditional charm of the home originally built in 1890, with
today's green technology. This complex is noted to be the first
LEED certified residential building in Brookline, and one of the
first in the state. NuCedar plays part in this green building project
with its LEED points and energy savings capabilities. |
