Customers will also be pleased to know that NuCedar cladding products are sustainable. All sheet stock used to make NuCedar products includes at least 20% pre-consumer recycled material and the end product is 100% recyclable - forever. Additionally, NuCedar products are factory finished with Polane®, a solar-reflective coating from Sherwin-Williams® that reduces heats transference from the sun’s rays. As a result, walls of the home are significantly cooler and energy costs can be reduced by 5-9% dependent on location and wall insulation, even when using darker colors (1).
