NuCedar Mills was founded in 2005 by two seasoned lumber industry/manufacturing professionals, Andy Sears and Tom Loper. Building upon their experience as manufacturers and distributors of one of the leading PVC trim boards in the industry, Andy and Tom are, once again, creatively addressing emerging building industry demands for products made from cellular PVC.
